Each Blessing carries a slightly different energy – offering you a spiralling path of gentle healing and the unfolding of your authentic nature, whatever stage of life you are experiencing.
You are always remembering who you are. You are always becoming.
STEP 1 : Before Worldwide Womb Blessing Day, register online
To receive the Womb Blessing transmission registration is needed so we can send the attunement personally to you.
Registered women are lovingly held in a web of moonlight – an energetic sacred space prepared to receive the Blessing.

When to do the meditations
You may meditate as many times as you wish, for as long as you wish.
If you have registered, you will receive the Womb Blessing the first time you read the meditation. Each time you meditate afterwards, you will also receive the soft healing light of the Full Moon Mother.
You may take part at any time on the Worldwide Womb Blessing Day – from midnight to midnight. Morning, afternoon, or evening, whenever you feel ready.
Take part alone or with others
You don’t need to be experienced in meditation or spirituality. The Blessing meets you where you are – with love, simplicity, and grace.
You may join in the quiet of solitude, or with friends, or in circle – in person or online. To find a group, reach out to your Country Contact.
STEP 4: When you are ready to start
To start pour a little water into one bowl.
Place and light your tealight in the other.
Ensure the candle is safe.
Wrap your shawl around your head and shoulders.
STEP 5: Read the meditation

Take a deep breath.
Read the Womb Blessing meditation slowly – imagining each stage,
feeling the energies flow through your body.Relax
Sit quietly.
Receive the moonlight energies of the Full Moon Mother.
For a deep experience, rest in stillness for 10–15 minutes.
Remember it is in our stillness that the Blessing unfolds.Then if you wish, enjoy the other meditations.
Feel gratitude
When you feel complete, take a deep breath, offer gratitude, and gently open your eyes.
STEP 6: Throughout the day
You may wish to repeat the Womb Blessing meditation and the other meditations throughout the day, to deepen your experience of the Sacred Feminine energies.
Let your heart and womb guide you.
STEP 7: After the meditations
You may feel emotional, peaceful, or simply quiet afterward.
You may feel energised and wish to stretch, dance, or step outside beneath the Full Moon. All responses are welcome. Let your body guide you.
Drink the water from your bowl – visualise it radiant with the love and light of the Blessing. Enjoy your favourite snack to nourish and ground you.
You may feel emotional, peaceful, or simply quiet afterward. All responses are welcome.
